  • Payment Details: Organizations providing payment methods, such as credit card details, will have this information securely processed by a third-party provider. GRANDSPHERES does not store full payment details on its servers.

  • Communication Data: If you contact us, we may collect additional information, such as your name, email, phone number, and the content of messages or attachments shared.

  • Application Data: Professionals applying to join DAYSPHERES may need to provide additional information, including date of birth, address, Social Security number, driver’s license details, and relevant business permits. This data is shared with a third party to conduct background checks.

  • Banking Information: Professionals must submit banking details for payment purposes, which are securely managed by a third-party payment processor.


Information Collected During Use

  • Location Data: To connect Users effectively, we collect your location when you use the Solutions. This data may include precise device location and labeled addresses (e.g., "home" or "work"). This is critical for services like Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).

  • Device Details: We collect information such as your IP address, browser type, mobile operating system, app usage data, device identifiers, and more to improve functionality and user experience.

  • Usage Data: Information about your interactions, such as viewed pages, in-app actions, and timestamps, is collected automatically to improve services.

  • Call and Text Information: Calls and messages facilitated by a third-party provider generate metadata, including timestamps, participant details, and SMS content.

  • Feedback and Ratings: Professionals and Organizations can rate and review each other after each interaction. This feedback is shared in anonymized form but may still be traceable.

  • Address Book Access: With your consent, we may access your device's address book to facilitate connections or invitations.

Between Users

Basic information like names, photos, and ratings may be shared between matched Users. Facebook-connected accounts can view mutual friends.

  • Enterprise Programs: Organizational account holders may access user activity data.

User Choices

  • Emails: Opt-out of marketing emails but continue receiving transactional ones.

Such modifications shall be binding on User only upon User's acceptance of the modified policy, as evidence by User's scrolling to the bottom of a window containing the modified policy and clicking "I agree." The date on which User clicks "I agree" shall be the effective date of the modified policy between User and GRANDSPHERES. Continued use of DAYSPHERES Solutions or Services after User acknowledges notice and acceptance of any such modifications shall constitute User's consent to such changes.
